Here's my menu planned for w/c 6 October

TUESDAY - RED - De-skinned Rotisserie Chicken

WEDNESDAY - GREEN - Omelette, Chips & Sweet Chilli Beans

THURSDAY - off plan (Dean and my 15th Anniversary)

FRIDAY - RED - Stewed Steak, Carrots & Green Beans

SATURDAY - RED - Pork Chops with Mustard & Spring Onion Mash (SW Recipe)

SUNDAY - RED - Tandoori Chicken (SW Recipe)

MONDAY - GREEN - Quorn Spag Bol


Tuesdays is only the chicken as very little time to eat Tuesday due to commitments - that'll be a grab and eat meal - skin will be removed along with any fatty meat bits.

Doing 2 recipes this week ...... fingers crossed I like them - LOL
