Day 42

Good Morning!

Scales very nearly moved down to 16st 2lbs this morning, but settled on 16st 3 exactly, so I have actually lost half a pound since yesterday but I don't count that yet Typically I needed a number 2 later in the morning, so hoping it shows on the scales tomorrow hahaha!

Off out to the funeral now. Hope everyone has a good day xx

Day 43 - Weigh in day!

16st 2lbs this morning! Which makes a loss of 4lbs this week :bliss: and 31lbs in total. Now into week 7

I managed to get my jeans done up this morning but there was bad muffin top and I felt badly constricted lol. I hate jeans as they always come up so dam tight but I love wearing them.. gah.

Need to go to Sainsburys in a bit (the Tollgate one for you local peeps )

I don't think I'm in ketosis anymore - I'm just struggling to stay on ANY kind of plan with my routine the way it is. I'll continue to follow your progress for inspiration though.

Day 44.

Another pound off this morning! 16st 1lb... I weighed my soon to be 9 year old daughter and she weighed 4st 1lb which is exactly what I have left to lose! Spooky or what?! xx

And yet another pound off this morning - 16stone exactly! Which means I will hopefully get to see the 15's in the next week! Yay!! 33lbs gone now, I want to get to 3 stone loss by Xmas day (42lbs) but 45lb would be better So we shall see. 4 weeks today until Xmas! And 1 week until my birthday

Sheesh! You're really cooking on gas now! I'm going to have to let you speed onwards though and take a more scenic route myself because of the punishing work regime (I'm making myself ill on TS) ... but holy moly you must be feeling great! Today we popped into Ipswich and ended up in Wetherspoons. I sat there with a black coffee (it was foul!) whilst my family ate Sausage and Mash (x 2), Ham Egg and Chips and Lasagne. It's never easy, but it is do able and won't be forever. Walked the kids and dog to the park after we got back from town, so the exercise is going well

I think feeling cold tends to spur you on and you can always wrap up or drink something hot. At the rate you are going I am sure you will be well over 3 stone off by Christmas. How much does Oscar weigh now? I bet you have lost more than he weighs.

Thanks Pam. Oscar was 26lbs a few weeks ago when last weighed. He is so heavy, it's horrid thinking I used to carry all that extra weight around plus some. I'm glad it's coming off though.

No change on the scales this morning. I'm off to the Drs today. I had the contraception implant put in in February. A week after I started Exante, I started bleeding, and it hasn't stopped and I have now had enough! I am really hoping there is something I can take to stop it as I reallllly don't want to stop my diet. Fingers crossed...

Well the Doctor was very nice and has prescribed me some tablets which hopefully will help.... feeling crappy tonight so am off to paint my nails as I am off to another funeral tomorrow (our neighbour).

Another pound off this morning, so I am now in the 15's! 15st 13lbs..

Off to get showered in a minute as the funeral is at 12pm. xx
