it will defo help rach but try not to do too much. your knee might get worse

Have you seen your GP about the hip or been referred to see a specialist to investigate the problem your having with your hip as it might be something serious or could develop into something nasty
 
Hi Chiku, its something called gluteal bursitis!! I did have problems when i was a baby, i had a clicking hip which then went on to become dislocated when i walked so i think i am always going to have some sort of problems!! Thanks for your concern, maybe someday the doctor will get x-rays done, he was n about an injection into the hip also!!

SO had a good day today, got my work out in too, 70 minutes of my fitness coach (cardio) great fun, and the time goes so fast while doing it!!
 
Well done on the exercise! Try and get some strength training in as well as cardio.. but be careful with your knee and hip.

Try some dumbell rows, and tricep kick backs to tone the arms... :)
 
Yeah i really need to tone my arms at the top - bingo wings lol!! The my fitness coach is a boxing one, so kinda hoping all the arm movement might help!!

Weigh in day tomorrow :eek: cant wait hmm or can i!! Fingers crossed i have lost a good amount after putting on last week!! I feel i have been pretty good this week, say about 90% of the time which compared to last weeks 10% is great!! :D Feeling bloated though but i am wondering if its because i stopped the tablets for most of last week and only restarted them properly monday!!

Well not having a bad week this week, been pretty good and have got a couple of good workouts in. Still loving my fitness coach cardio (boxing) i tried on a size 18 top this morning which has fit me for a few weeks all be it tightly lol but now its starting to get looser on me, give it another couple of weeks and i will be able to wear it out. This boxing must be doing something for me :D Also been doing on the spot jogging, who needs a treadmill, me!!!! lol!!

i haven't logged any foods since friday, and probably won't untill tuesday onwards, its my birthday weekend, and being it bank holiday, EVERYBODY'S off work in the fam so been busy going here there and everywhere!! i have been naughty with my foods, but not to the extreme, ive not done much exercise apart from walking and slightly doing some weights when i get the chance before bed :( AND my laptops been playing up, my screen is barely viewable but i cannot afford another!!

so i hope you do well monday w.i rach and have a good weekend, and to the rest of you as well, have a good bank hol :) :) xxxx
