My next question --- Green tea!

    Have noticed a few posters saying they are having green tea.Is this OK then and if so how many cups? I have been to Tesco and bought some green tea decaff teabags I'm persuming they are ok?

    As long as they are plain green tea without any added flavours they are fine. Remember these are in addition to your minimum 4 pints of water.

    Diet:
    Cambridge
    I drink the odd GT for a change or else a peppermint tea, they are fine but other teas are not allowed due to flower or fruit content in them....
