    i've been on exante total solution for 3 weeks and ive lost 12lb9oz im a daily weighter n i realy think this is a demotivater as some people loss this in the 1st week so im setting myself a personal challenge im going to do the 30 day shred and not weigh in until the 30days r up im going to give my parnter my scales to put in he's car so im not tempted im really excited bout doing this im going to use this page to keep a personal challenge diary n how i fill n in 30DAYS (2nd sep) i will post my weight loss over, today ive completed level 1 heres tomorrow :D:D:D:D:D

    its a 30 day exercise video with gillian michaels from the biggest loser u have 3 level n u do it everyday for 30days ,

    day 2 and i am aching like mad but im going to stick with the exercise cause need to tone up i use to go gym 3 days a week but stoped since i started the diet cause when exercising i don't have much energy as i used to will b doing my dvd later and heres to day 2 I CAN DO THIS

    wow you're brave!! I need my weekly weigh-ins to keep me going! I used to weigh every day but it really didn't help so threw my scales away and now weigh in at Boots.

    The Shred is great - painful but worth it!!

    yeh def painful ive been aching like mad couldnt walk properly yesterday so left it n done it today im doing my best to do it everyday but i got 2 kids to look after so didnt want to over do it n yeh im finding it hard not to jump on the scales i might av to follow u n throw them out n weight in each week in boots cause im just so adicted to jumping on them every day
