my personal targets this week are...

Having got myself stuck in a rut this past couple of months (since I got 1st award have been yoyoing and I'm getting sick of it.) I am back on plan 100% starting tomorrow and rather than focus on what I'm losing, I will focus on 3 goals each week to keep me on the straight and narrow. This weeks are-
1. To eat at least 2 scan bran each day
2. To eat when I'm hungry, and only when hungry
3. To not "forget" to write things down (have a diary to do for my consultant this week so if I gain and lie she will know!)

Anyone else want to join me in this? Any support is welcome! Xx
 
Sounds good, good luck with your goals this week

My goals are

1.To try and do at least 30 minutes exercise at LEAST 3 days this week
2.To eat more fruit and veg
3.I don't have a third one...but felt like I should write something....

Haha good ones, you don't need 3, I had about 7 so I just narrowed it down to 3 :) good luck!

I love the breakfast one, will def do that another week, maybe one for the summer holidays as I only tend to have time for fruit and yoghurt or rice pudding warmed in the microwave on a school day

Mine:
1. More superspeed foods every day, still worried that my Download Festival cheat weekend will catch up!
2. More excercise, 30 mins walking at LEAST.
3. Re-start food diary, it DOES help and it halts my snacking.

Well I managed no 1 till friday when I ran out :/
Also did no 3 and didn't forget anything :)

Number 2 is my number 1 for this week, its the one thing I really struggle with. I normally am fine and just eat when hungry until about 4pm when I start making tea for the children I nanny for then the munchies hit and I graze, usually on fruit if I can (which I know is better than it could be, but its not always fruit!) and fill myself up. Then when I get home I'm not hungry but I eat with OH then the switch seems to be flicked for the evening and I keep going even though I'm not hungry!
I know its already halfway through the week but..
1. Only eat when hungry!
2. Do a loose meal plan for next week.
3. Drink 2 litres of water a day.

I managed my exercise but didn't really eat anymore veg.... I eat a lot anyway but would be nice to try and up it

Think I'll pinch a couple of yours

1.eat more fruit and veg (fingers crossed I'll do it this week)
2.keep up the exercise
3.drink 2 litres of water a day
4.Do meal plans at least a day in advance
 
My aims for this week are to:

1. stick to the food plan I have drawn up for the week, and not stray from it.
2. have a sober weekend - alcohol is my downfall.
3. start incorporating more Body Magic again. I've been really quite slack with it lately.

my aims for this week are:
1, DRINK MORE!! always forget!
2, eat b/fast everyday!
3, be 100% on plan for the rest of the week!
 
My aims-

1. Stop mucking about and do plan properly

2. Ignore sabotaging husband

3. Get back into the swimming
 
After a very half assed week last week:

1. Write everything down
2. make sure I have my superfree (been letting that slip)
3. to let myself spend some syns on alcohol either tonight or tomorrow, but not both!
4. get back into drinking green tea
 
Mine are
1- stick to weekly syns
2- try different plans
3- resist the wine :)
I'm part way through and going well with all 3 xxx
 
1) lose 3lbs so I get my 2 stone/10% award
to do this I will
2) stick to plan 100%
3) try some different foods
 
this week, i am going to:
1. have 7 days at 100% (1/7)
2. drink 2 litres, every day (1/7)
3. carry on with exercise (bike riding)
 
Last edited:
1. To follow Success Express whenever possible (looking like Wed, Fri, Sat and Tues).
2. To limit my Syns intake on the afore mentioned days.
3. To make the most sensible choices I can from the Indian on Thursday (Mam's birthday) and whilst in York for the weekend (Sun & Mon)
