hi everyone, i hope you are having a nice sunday. just thought i should write this then read it everyday to reming and caution myself bout going back to my old glutonny ways, even though most of my eating habits boil down to emotions

1.to have a baby
2. losing weight to shop in normal stores
3.to boost my self esteem which is really low
4. maybe get someone else if hubby decides to leave
5.LT is cheaper than my conventional food.
6.Avoid using insulin and if possible revert to a non diabetic state. it has been done by some people!
7.be in the best health state ever
8.to get paid more compliments
9.just to be happy and have no care in the world(less depressed)or never depressed.

i cant really priortize them because they are all on the same scale of preference.:sigh:
