    Monday 6th December 2010
    Green Day

    1 x HEA
    2 X HEB

    Breakfast
    28g Bran Flakes HEB
    Milk HEA
    1/2 Banana

    Lunch
    Asda Cheese and Brocolli Pasta in Sauce made with water

    Tea
    Mushy Pea Curry
    *Mushy peas/Baked Beans/1 1/2 tbs curry powder/Onions/Mushrooms/Carrot/Potatoe
    Boiled Rice

    Extra's
    Apple
    Lemon in Water
    Numerous cups of tea

    Have not finished for the day yet so need to eat another HEB before bed.

    9 times out of 10 im a green girl. I love veg and pasta but i also love steak so il will occasionally swap to a red.
