Shakes: 13 Economy Vanilla, 9 Strawberry, 5 Vanilla, 3 Banana, 3 Chocolate. Food/Bars: 8 Spag Bols, 27 Banana Delights, 3 Tesco Bars, 1 Pizza Wafer & 1 Chicken Soup.
8am: Had a premium vanilla shake. finally, it's starting to taste okay now, good times!
11:10: Had a lovely chocolate shake.
8pm: Had a chicken kebab ;3
10am: I had an honeycomb shake, which was sent to me free along with the other shakes I haven't tried yet, it wasn't as bad as the vanilla economy.
2pm: I had a mint choc. was aweful, read my rating of it in my sig.
10pm: Had a strawberry shake.
11am: Had a chocolate shake.
6pm: Chicken soup, was surprisingly nice.
9pm: Vanilla Shake.
10am: cafe moacha...
5pm: chicken foo young
8am: Strawberry Shake
12:30pm: Tesco meal replacement bar
10pm: Banana shake
10am: Strawberry Shake
5pm: had some "naughty food"
Only lost 5 pounds this week but i'm not surprised and i'm happy with that.
Seeing as I have lost 2 stone, 2 pounds on this diet so far I think it's best I have a little break so I can maintain it a bit before continuing, good luck girls!!!
