My second food diary and this time i WILL succeed!

I have not been on plan since October last year. Haven't gained any but haven't lost any either! So though not following plan I have obviously changed my outlook on picking reasonably good choices even when not on plan so that's a result in itself. Have finally given up the dreaded smokes! 1 month and 17 days in and not missing it but have replaced it with an e-cig and a hobby of painting my nails and doing nail art and stamping on their to keep my hands busy lol x

So today, ee day. Been ok food wise although i did have 2 hexbs by accident, after 2 weeks on red i forgot that ee can only have 1 hexb so will have to syn that.
Sat 15th june
Breakfast- beans on toast (hexb and 1 for butter)
Dinner-homemade red pepper and tomato soup (6 syns for bread)
Tea-totally sw tea tonight, sw spicy burgers (cheese hexa), sw chips, sw coleslaw! (1) and salad

Oh my gosh jo hi! How are you?! You havnt been round for ages! Is all well with you?

I'm not to bad ta Hun, I know it's been a long time been a lot going on with family and stuff. Dad had op now and stuff with younger brother haven found time (or ear space tbh!) to pop on p. hopefully everything slowly getting back on track now tho x

Been doing a massive think today and i defintely need to be more strict to myself sometimes. Was round at a friends today and she offered me a muffin and i said yes and ate it without even thinking! I also had some extra bread with tea so 6 syns for that :/ really miss my extra hexb on ee days. But i need to get serious now, if i want this weight to come off i really need to get into it an not be half hearted like i am now. I go on holiday in 8 weeks, if i lose 1lb a week until then i will have lost a stone which i would be delighted with, but would love 2lb a week rather than one, i know my body has always lost slow though. Will update food later, had like 20 syns today though so decided to flexi syn for the rest of the week
 
Sunday16th june-ee day

Breakfast-bacon and egg sandwich (hexb) (1 for sauce)

Dinner-salad leaves, toms, sw coleslaw, chicken
Pineapple, cupcake (6)

Tea-sw hunters chicken (hexa for cheese) new potatoes, green beans, peas, sweetcorn, carrots, breadroll (6)

I've done similar on the syns, but thought I would try reducing my weekly to 10 per day so 70 for the week - I blew 30 on day 1! Oops! Trouble is, I think I often have 15 and a couple extra... So I am trying 10 so of I do have a coupe extra it'll still be within... I think I am just trying to trick myself! ha!
Hope you manage to be strict with yourself :) I so want to be, but sometimes struggle - think I need to stop having treats for the kids in the house too.. If its not there, I am not bothered!
 
I usually give myself 10 a day but these past 3 days have been quite bad so did 15 this week haha. Im ok when im at work but when im not im at home and get bored and nibble. Going to make some syn free tzatziki tomorrow so if i wanna nibble i can dip tomatoes, peppers, carrots etc in that instead of heading for other things which are lots of syns. Going to try and do some exercise everyday this week aswell, dad has converted our garage into a little gym, cross trainer, weights, skipping ropes, ab machine etc so going to go in there for at least half an hour every day. I need to drink more water aswell
 
Feeling rather positive about today. Havnt had my hexb yet so going to have some hazelnuts later. Got back onto the exercise today aswell which i felt good about.
Monday 17th june-ee
Breakfast-grilled bacon, scrambled egg, tomatoes (1 for sauce)
Orange

Dinner-lots of yummy things! Falafel (4) salad, olives (1) few new potatoes
Ff yogurt with banana

Tea-orzo pasta with roasted veg (2) salad and feta (hexa)

I've felt more positive today too, managed to avoid syns and using a couple on my quorn sausages! Reeeally fancied new potato sw chips as I did them for the kids tonight!
Now you've mentioned falafel I might have to plan that in this week now!
 
Food has been good today, just the cupcake thats tipped me off abit really. Thats the story of my life, i have a really good day then one thing ruins it like a bun or glass of wine. Got some falafal left for tomorrow aswell so looking forward to that :) really want a loss this week.
 
So another feeling good day today and iv managed to not have a sneaky look at the scales as of yet, which i always do! Hope all this effort and positive energy pays off this week :/

Tea-tandoori chicken kebabs from this months sw mag with tumeric rice, salad and homemade tzatziki

Sorted my meals for Green Day tomorrow...Scrambled Egg and wholemeal toast (4x 400g loaf = all my HexB's) for breakfast, 'Pasta n Sauce Quiche' with salad for lunch, and Quorn Spag Bol for tea with HexA cheese on top...mmm!!
