my second week

Hi :)

It takes a few days to several days to really get used to the whole thing.

Hang tough - before you know it this will become the easiest diet youhave ever followed!!!

Have lots of stuff ot pamper yourself with when you feel blergh. Bubble baths, girly mags, chick flicks, a walk - lots of diversion. It will help see you through....and be sure to drink your water. Keeps you hydrated and feeling fuller.

You can do this! First week done! Will only get easier as you get closer to your goal. :)
