Hi all. Trying this from home as I have a little one and it's hard to get to classes. I'll post wgat I eat everyday and weigh on a Monday. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated as I'm not entirely certain I'll be synning everything correctly. Good luck all xx

Day 1

Goal- gain as little weight as possible during pregnancy currently 5.5 weeks :)

W - 134.4 lbs

B - all bran (heb) activia yogurt fruit
L - hovis w/meal (heb) chicken sweet chili sauce (2) activia
D - potatoes, veg, pork chop apple sauce (1)
S - milk (heax2) banana apple
Snack a jack (2.5) options hot choc (2) cheerios 30g (7)

Syns total= 14.5
