Hi everyone! I'm Catie (a serial dieter) trying out Slimming World for the first time. After seeing so many successful weight-loss journeys as a result of Slimming World and considering how yummy all the recipes that I've come across look (I can't believe you can make syn-free chips! ), I thought I should at least give it a whirl! To make sure I stay on track (as I have history of straying ) I've decided to document my food diary on here. Any help, support, feedback tips & tricks would be greatly appreciated as I'm completely new to this (and haven't even joined a group yet! :sigh and haven't ever posted on here before (so I'm not really sure how this all works - bear with me!). I'm desperate to lose at least 5 stone by the time I graduate from university in November 2015 so here's hoping this works out for me this time!
