My slimming world journey

Yesterday was quite a good day..
Breakfast- a banana and an orange
Lunch- scrambled egg and beans
Dinner- I made the pastry things with smash which was delicious, with beans

Then for supper I made sw chips with mozzarella and red onions, will definitely have those again.

Get weight on Thursday but had a bit of a bad weekend so really have to behave for the next few days. I'm loving making all these new recipes.

Fantastic idea starting a diary. I started one last week and find it really helpful to try and keep me on track.

Well done on loosing 7lbs so far. Your menu planner for yesterday looks good. I am intrigued what the pastry things are though? lol.
