My Story so far

I joined this forum months ago as i was really interested in losing some weight. I didnt really do anything about it until 5 weeks ago when i looked up my nearest WW meeting.

Went to one on a Tues morning (perfectly fits into my weekly diary)

Got Weighed! :eek: I started at 13.4stone. Could not believe it. However everyone made me feel so welcome and i stayed for the meeting.

Week 2 - Gutted! Stayed the same weight. But only to find out why! I wasnt eating all my points. The first diet i knew where i had to eat more than i really needed. But however ate 22 points every day and.....

Week 3 - Lost 2.5lbs WOo HoO!! A combination of counting everything and lots of exercise.

Week 4 - Lost 1lb

Week 5 - Today! Lost another 2.5lbs. I really felt like it too. Had been at the gym, pool and 4 classes and i enjoyed every minute of it.

I have to say i have never been happier, only 6lbs off but i feel so much healthier.

I hope that this story encourage someone else who reads this forum for inspiration as it did to me.

I cant wait to get to my 10% goal, which now doesnt seem that far away. And to fit into those old pair of River Island Jeans that i love so much (and havent chucked out!) lol :D
