It look delicious. It was a lot but carb friendly from what I can see.. Now I'm hungry LOL
 
Oh yes, very carb friendly real Atkins food. OK you wouldn't want whole onion if you are on induction or the early stages of OWL, but yum yum. :)
 
That looked so good! and I loved the instructions - you can give Mr Ramsey an run for his money! I'm drooling at the thought of that steak dipped in the egg yolk.....

It was piggy of me, but yes it did taste great love. I'm amazed sometimes how much I can eat really, providing I keep it legal I don't put on anything.
 
I was laughing my head off the other day Jim at my brother. I told him i'd been out for a fry up at the cafe for late breakfast/early lunch n then we all went out as a family to Frankie n Bennies n i had a couple chicken wings for starter n then a steak/prawn/salad combo thing for main course followed by a coffee.. He still can't believe the amount n type of food i eat n lose weight!! :)
 
I had that at a barbecue the other day - i had a plate piled high with meat and when they offered me pasta, potatoes and carrots i said i couldn't cos i was on a diet. the girls looked puzzled and the blokes laughed and said 'nice diet'!
 
Haha, it's great isn't it! :) Just seeing other peoples faces is quality! I must say, when they were passing round the cheesy garlic bread it was hard!
 
Yeah, that bit sucks, and having a burger without the bun.

Wow!!!:eek: Looks tempting, but I couldn't eat all that. Would it still be following the diet to have about a third of it?
 
LOL, Oh yes Bess, you don't have to eat that much. Remember, I'm on Atkins maintenance, I'm also a pig. LOL. A third of that would probably be about right for a normal person. :)

Yep Cantosis, that was one portion, 10Oz of steak, yummy. LMAO.
