Not sure what to expect at WI tomorrow. Have done 2 days of 'superfree' only, HEX's and low syns (last night I had 1 syn and the night before half a syn!) because of overindulging in curry, cooked breakfast and candy floss at the weekend!

Don't know if it's just psychological but going 'superfree' isn't for the faint-hearted! I can't wait for tomorrow when I can eat normally and start my new week fresh! Really shows you how lucky we are to have free foods as well!

Whilst it's not been terrible and I haven't been starving by any means, I still feel like it's quite drastic although I can see myself doing a couple of days of it before WI in future if I need a boost.

I attempted a superfree day today..

had some fruit and natural yogurt (lf ofcourse!) for breakfast...hex's as snacks, and for lunch have made this quorn sausage casserole (with quorn sausages, a potatoe...and loads of veg with rice)...but im finding it hard getting 1/3 of my plate with the superfree food, really hard!

oh, and...had 12 syns today...but..thats it..honest!

Good luck with you WI, will be interesting to see how much of a differnce it makes! I may try and throw one of these in during my weekly meals.

I get weighed today - don't know why I put tomorrow - food deprived brain! LOL

yesterday was:

B: vanilla mullerlight mixed with 1 Weetabix (1/2 HEX B) & strawberries and raspberries

S: pink grapefruit, banana

L: 4 scan bran (1/2 HEX B), 57g Philly Light garlic & herb (HEX B), Quorn ham, sliced cherry tomatoes; skinny cappuccino (HEX A)

S: Quorn barbecue sliced fillets

D: Quorn shepherd's pie, green beans

Dessert: 3 Babybel Light; pineapple, raspberries & strawberries with vanilla Muller Light; 2 Mikado biscuits (1 syn)

how can you only eat 2 mikados? i love them, so i tend to stay away lol

Thanks ladies! I, too, can be a bit of a binger when it comes to the ole Mikados! I love em! But last night I took 2 out and then sealed the pack back up and stuck it in the cupboard BEFORE eating them! Otherwise when it's open and I start eating I will eat 6 before I even blink!
