my target

is to lose as much as i can before the 6th april then refeed for a week as i am off to butlins the week after on the 13th, i doubt very much that i will get to target of 9 stone 7 by then but i will be happy to get to ten stone as i am comfortable at that weight. will just see how it goes. so here is to the next 5 weeks and hoping the lbs drop off lol

at the moment really weak and drained, yesterday wasnt a bad day,today hasnt been great :sigh: just going lightheaded etc...am hoping that ketosis kicks in tomorrow lol
