My time to lose those pounds!

Hi all,

I'm Karen, at the moment I'm 10st 7.5lb, and my goal is to get to 9st 7lb by the 3rd July (holiday time!) I've started this diary now (after following the plan for a month) because I've had my first 'undeserved' gain this week. Only 1lb, but I've been 100% on plan this week as far as I can remember. So keeping this diary will help me make sure that I really am staying on track. I think I may be guilty of not eating enough superfree (and therefore using most of my syns each day) so that is something I'm going to keep an eye on.

Tuesday 24th April- EE

breakfast:
-tea with milk and 2 sweetener (part of hexa)
-raisin wheats with small amount of milk (part of hexa)
-melon

lunch:

tea:

other drinks/snacks:
-glass of diet coke
 
Hi Karen! We seem to be very similar! I'm also trying to get from what now is 10st4 to 9st6 by beginning of June, i started the plan 6 weeks ago, losing slowly and erratically, I think mainly due to exercising 4-5 times a week (or so my consultant says). I'll pop by again soon to check out your diary! Mines in my signature if you want to have a look, although my past few days haven't been great :S. take care!
