My time to lose those pounds!

Hi all! I'm Karen, and my aim is to be 9st 7lb by 3rd July (holiday time!) and I'm currently 10st 7.5lb. Starting my diary because I had my first 'undeserved' gain today. Only 1lb but I want to keep track of everything. I think I'm guilty of not eating enough superfree and instead using most of my syns each day. Naughty!

Tuesday 24th April- EE

breakfast:
-tea with milk and 2 sweetener (part of hexa)
-raisin wheats with small amount of milk (hexb and part of hexa)
-melon

lunch:
-turkey risotto (lots of veg in it)
-sugarsnap peas

tea:
-chicken curry (made with cauliflower and stock) and rice
-ww naan bread (5.5 syns)

snacks/other drinks:
-2 x glasses of diet coke
-cup of tea with milk (rest of hexa)
-sugarsnap pears
-grapes

Total syns used = 5.5

Hey, our "pounds to loose" are very similar, could I jump onto this thread with u for some moral support ? I'm currently 10st 9lb, want to get into the 9's, not by a massive amount as I'm 5ft 8, but it's my goal. I've been doing this since jan 1st and lost over a stone already, I'm just struggling with my motivation for the few pounds xx

Breakfast
Weatabix (HEB)
Semi skimmed milk (HEA)
Tea
Sweetner
Milk (rest of HEA)

Snack
Banana
3x ginger and lemon teas

Lunch
Tomato pasta cooked with mushroom, onion, passata, served with spinach, tomato and celery.

Snack
2x alpen light bars 2nd HEB
2x cans of diet coke
Tomato
Celery

Tea
poached egg
Mushrooms
SW chips
Baked beans

Syns
4xglasses of wine (not planned feel v guilty)
1 crunchie ice cream (again not planned)

Started off well but the evil wine ruined my good intentions!!

Must try harder today
 
Wine is far too tempting babygee!
