Sunday - EE - Healthy Extras - A - Milk B - Hi Fi bar

Breakfast - Bacon, egg, sausages ( 2 syns ) mushrooms, tomatoes and beans

Lunch - carrot and coriander soup ( homemade but some olive oil so 1 syn) , a hi fi bar and fruit

Dinner - Beef curry and rice ( with lots of veg in the curry )

Treats - a large glass of wine - 9 syns!

Snacks - fruit fruit fruit
 
Monday - EE - healthy Extras - A - laughing cow lights B - wholemeal bread

breakfast - Beans on toast

lunch - 4 low fat sausages ( 2 syns ) and fruit and yogurt

dinner - beef curry from last night

lots of fruit throughout day

treats - 3 voddie and diet cokes!
