Hi all - over this week I lost 3lbs... going to start some keep fit next week :) so far that is 12 lbs in 2 weeks!

well done you!! I hope to lose 3 lbs next week or 4 would be even better - would be in the 12s then :D i soooooo cant wait for that :)
 
Good luck Lisa - when is your WI day? Its kinda funny with this diet as you cant really control what you lose as you just have to keep drinking!!!
