My wedding is 6 weeks today

My wedding day is 6 weeks today.
I joined SW last year, lost about a stone which brought me near my target (about 7lbs shy of my target)
Then my dad passed away suddenly in Nov and I lost all motivation.
I've since put back on the stone!!
My wedding is 6 weeks today and so this is my final push to try and tone up before the big day!!
I started back on Monday and so far this week I have been good. Diet to date:
Monday 23/4/12:
Brekkie- gluten free muesli with rice milk & banana, coffee.
Snack: watermelon
Lunch: salad with fat free vinaigrette dressing & mug shot. Bowl fruit.
Dinner: chicken, potato, veg
Coke zero

Tuesday 24/4/12:
Brekkie: 2x weetabix, fat free nat yoghurt, banana
Snack: watermelon
Lunch: mug shot, 2 ryvita, 1 low fat laughing cow cheese triangle. Bowl fruit
slice of gluten free bread - plain

Wednesday:
Brekkie- gluten free muesli with rice milk & banana, coffee.
Snack: watermelon
Lunch: cottage pie, cauliflower, potato cubes, ww pink mousse.
Dinner: omelette with onions,peppers, tomato,jalepenos,cheese and SW chips
Snack: watermelon
 
Good luck with your weight loss. Try to be kind to yourself over the next few weeks and make sure you have lots of relaxing time. The six weeks up to our wedding were the most stressful (but then, I found out that I had been sold a dress that would never have fit me (supportive wise, not size) and it needed major overhauling 6 weeks before the wedding so that was rubbish).

Thanks so much for your messages!
I tried on my dress last thurs and it still fits thank god but I kinda thought that it would be loose on me since I bought it in November :(
Anyway I'll keep trying!! :)
