Snack: 1x babybel (1/2 A), special k mini breaks (5 syns)

Lunch:1x Alpen bar (rest of B), 1x babybel (rest of A), fresh fruit salad, fridge raiders (1.5 syns), mullerlight
Dinner (chilli): extra lean mince, courgettes, red pepper, onion, 2x stock cubes, tomatoes, tomato puree (0.5 syns) cabbage, red kidney beans (B) peanuts (5 syns), activia yoghurt.
Total syns: 12


Breakfast: 2x weetabix (B), milk (A)
Snack: Cereal bar (B)
Lunch: chilli from night before, carrot sticks, Activia yoghurt
Dinner (stew): lean beef, carrots, swede, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, tomatoe puree (0.5 syns), cabbage, curly wurly (6 syns), meringue (3 syns)

Total syns: 9.5


Breakfast: cereal bar (B), mullerlight, milk (A)
Lunch: stew from night before, carrot sticks, fresh pineapple, Activia yoghurt
Dinner: 2x chicken breasts, carrots, swede, courgettes, butter (2 syns), schwartz shotz, gravy (2.5 syns), meringue (3 syns), curly wurly (6 syns)
Total syns: 13.5


Breakfast: porridge (B), milk (A)
Snack: cereal bar (B)
Lunch: fridge raiders (1.5 syns), ham, grapes
Dinner: cod, schwartz shotz, carrots, courgettes, cabbage, swede, fresh fuit salad, curly wurly (6 syns), butter (2 syns)
Total syns: 9.5

looks pretty good to me, although on Thursday and today you haven't really had much for your lunch! You could definitely eat more than that and still do well.

Also, it's only the alpen LIGHTs that you can use as a healthy B so double check you're not eating the normal Alpen ones. Also, check out the cereal bars that you're snacking on. They can really vary in syns depending on which brand you are eating!

The alpen bars are the light ones and the cereal bars are the new weetabix ones that are a hexb for 1 bar. Sorry forgot to write that down.

sorry, didn't want to sound picky, but it's easy to slip up with different branded stuff sometimes. Sounds like you're doing great then!

Aren't you hungry for lunch when you're just having small bits and pieces though? I would be!!! x

My only comment is Thur's leftover chilli lunch - you'd need to count syns for the kidney beans if you're not having them as B.

I agree with Petal though - I'd be starving just having fridge raiders & fruit for lunch!

OOh good point about the left over chilli thanks. I drink a bottle of diet coke too so that fills he up plus i have about 4 carrots cut into sticks so i do have loads of them.
