Seriously get rid of the scales you will miss the great feeling of not knowing what to expect, Such a great feeling and such a surprise when you lose more than expected. Glad you are losing weight but you would enjoy it so much more if you only weighed weekly. :) Good Luck and well done with your weight loss so far

I think people's minds work differently. Daily weighing might be a bad idea for some, but for others it's great.

Previously, I've weighed daily on diets - I know and expect my weight to fluctuate day by day, so it doesn't get me down. When I joined minimins, I felt like I shouldn't do it. So I stopped. Then I had a low week one loss and a couple of really low losses in the second month, and each time I was fighting back the tears at my cdc's house - because I'd blithely been assuming all week that since I'd been 100% I'd be ok. It was a horrible shock.

For me, weighing daily helps because I lke to be in posession of the whole picture. If my weight has been down for three days and then blipped up on WI day, I want to know. For other people, daily weighing gets them down and drives them crazy. To each their own.
