Thanks hun, I'm not back on track 100% I've been struggling a hell of alot the last few days, I seem to have fallen back into my old habit of having my shakes during the day but then eating cr@p at night :(
I'm going to try up hardest to complete this weekend 100% then I know I will be able to continue during the week next week. I have fallen off the wagon but I have held onto the wheels, I'm getting 1 hell of a battering at the moment.
I have a goal to be in the 14's by Xmas eve if I don't sort myself out I've the weekend I can kiss that goal good bye. My OH believes I can reach that goal if I seriously knuckle down over the week. But I have left myself 8days to lose 13lbs, yeaterday it was 11lbs but I wasn't focused and stuffed my face so I have set myself back even more :(
 
Don't see it as setting yourself back. It is getting back on track so that you don't end up gaining more. I absolutley understand having the packs during the day only to feel ravenous in the evening (or think you are when you are actually feeling, empty, stressed, missing out etc). I've told myself to have SS+ if I can't manage SS or at the worst go for 810 rather than go completely off. I wish I had taken my own advice when I fell of in November......hey! We learn, make mistakes and learn again.

My books that Natalie recommended finally arrived a one from Linda Spangles and other by Judith Beck. There was another on emotional eating by Linda Spangles which I may get too. We need to conqueor the emotional eating! Don't give up you've done so well!
