Novembers been a good month for me so far....

1) GOT TO TARGET
2) GOT MY 9st AWARD
3) GOT VOTED MISS SLINKY IN MY GROUP!!

chuffed to bits!

The hardest journey for now is to MAINTAIN weight - I have never had to maintain weight in my life before! I am scared. I am great at putting on weight and also loosing, but maintaining, i have no idea! lol.
My first week at first I gained 1lb which was fine as it brought me dead on my target weight as I was under.
My 2nd week of being at target - I lost 4.5lbs! LOL. which took me way under my target - which mean't i had to put on weight the following week!!
PUT ON WEIGHT!!! NO ONE has ever told me put on weight before! I found that hilarous! hahaaa. I needed to put 2lbs on to get back into target range.

I managed to gain 1.5lbs! But decided to lower my target by 2lbs, so that brought me back into range! :O)

Lets see what this week brings!! LOL.

My food diary yesterday was...

FOOD DIARY - Saturday Red Day!

Breakfast: All Bran (heB), Semi Skimmed milk (heA), half a melon.

10:30am: Mango Chunks, Greek style mullerlight (0.5syns)

Lunchtime: 5x Oat Bran (heB), 5x Laughing cow light triangles (heA), Tuna in Brine can, Apple

3pm: Velvet crunch crisps (4 syns), Options Mint Madness (2 syns)

Dinner: Mixed Balti vegetables with chunky chicken - swede, butternut squash, carrots, onion, tin tomatoes.

8pm: Pineapple chunks, Options Belguim choc (2 syns)

TOTAL: 8.5 SYNS
