my weight loss diary to loose 3 stone by dec

Hi Everyone

I currently have a food diary to keep track of my food ect

So i thought id set up a diary to look back on my weightloss ect

ive been healthy eating since 1st jan, but on the 10th jan i started the ww plan from home and came on here for tips and suport ect

On the jan 1 i weighed in at 13 stone but since then ive lost 8lb's.

im enjoying being on the ww plan, ive been eating more fruit and i seem to eat more as well

i been running 1 mile every night as well as seeing to my horse which is my hobby so ive increased my daily exercise with the running.

ive not really had a bad day yet - which is good

Also at the minute, im finding it easy to say NO to any chocolate and left over buffet at work from meeting
usually after meeting ect left over buffet gets put in the kitchen for anyone to take and id take about 6 sandwiches and eat my own dinner as well lol
so im really pleased with myself for that

just sat here now planning next week shopping, so planning my points ect - it takes a while to do, buts it works out easier for in the work know whats food is for what day

Has anyone felt tired this week?

ive felt tired all week but so does most people in work, just feel like my energy been zapped

hello and welcome, 8lbs so far is brilliant and you sound really focused and organised.
just off to do weekly plan and shop too, hubby's birthday today so we are having chinese tonight, but know i can do that fairly sensibly.

How bad is this weather at the minute, Just come back from being out and ended up with brain freeze due to the cold wind that here at the minute lol

Ive been quite good today and still have 19.5 points still to use today, so the o/h is making a steak and ale pie with plenty of veg for tea - low fat mind! lol

Going to brave the cold again later with a 1 mile run with my 2 dogs, least they pull me round when my legs get tired lol so i have to keep up with them

cant beleave how quick the weekend gone, got a busy week next week which i like as i prefer to be busy then sat doing nothing

has everyone else had a good weekend?

just looking online for a mini weekend to amsterdam, so it gives me something else to work toward getting a bit slimmer

measured myself today and it reads that ive lost 1 inch off my waiste? not sure if ive done it right, but i do feel alot slimmer in my clothes which makes me feel happier

5 weeks till my birthday - i want to loose 6 lbs to reach my 1st stone

well its been nearly 1 week since i was last on here.
not that anyone noticed lol

ive been mega busy
havent had such a good week with sticking to my points ect or running

ive done really well in the morning and dinner with the points ect
but the o/h has cooked tea all week and hasnt exactly stuck to the points system so i didnt think i would loose this week

but i lost 1lb!!!!!

so im very happy :D ;)

ive already written out my shopping list tonight and i have got all my evening meal sorted
I got them out the ww mag so hopefully mabey il loose more that 1lb next week

well..........fingers crossed anyway lol

my tiredness seems to have passed this week
my trousers for work seem a little looser too ;)

im cooking a mediterian sausage casserole for tea tomorrow with a nice spainish sangrea Mmmmmm (curtisery (sp) out the ww mag) :D

have i missed much since i aint been on here all week?

I don't know if you've missed much but you're doing really well. I went to meetings for a couple of months to learn the system, but now I'm doing it from home. I was told about 1LB per week is good. Slow and steady and it stays off!

Well done on the pound. That is a great start you have there! Less than 2 and a half stone to go and the rest of the year to do it :D

I am not around so much myself but I don't think much has happened. Everyone just busy losing weight lol.

Hiya

Well done on losing 1lb this week. Ive started running this week too, doing the 10k in Glasgow in may again and usually start training round about now. I'm hoping it'l help with my weight loss!!

Ur mediteranian sausage casserole sounds lovely. Never thought about buying ww magazine, can you buy it in shop or only in meeting??

its been another week since i was last here - i know, im bad! lol

i lost another 2lb this week

making it 11lbs since i started in january

its going really well , ive even had a few naughty treats along the way - but ive pointed it well hehe

nearly lost my first stone

i cant really tell much difference in my clothes as i seem to hide my weight well it seems lol

thats all for now, il hopefuly find some spare time to spend more time on here and catch up on everyone diarys lol

Well done on another 2lbs!!! Thats brill, you are doing so well!! Think we are pretty similar with our weight losses, ive lost 9lbs with wi 2moro but don't notice a huge diff in clothes etc, think i hide my weight well also! Hopefully over next few weeks I might start to see a diff

well yesturday i went for a meeting at my old offices that the company i was meeting shared with my old work collegues, so i bumped into 2 of my old work collegue

they told me i looked really healthy and had lost weight since i left, which made me feel good about myself
ive had to get new work pants too
gone from size 16 to a 14. but the 14 are a tad tight when i sit down, but im getting there

ive also noticed a difference in my face, its less chubby, so im really enjoying the benifits

im doing well with sticking to my points, and the o/h is still doing it and hes doing really well

im going for a work pub lunch tomorrow, ive allowed 15 points, so im unsure what i can eat the pub is a chain called table table and i cant find a point think for it

so im looking all over to find what i can eat
