My weight loss diary type thing

Let's do this....
I started last tuesday on ww but by friday I was so hungry and switched to SW. Been feeling fuller now! :)

Tuesday last week I weighed in at 14stone on the button and I'm getting out of bed now to go turn my wii on to weigh myself.

I will be happy even with 1lb if I am honest as I change half way through and on Friday night slipped so bad (Indian meal with all the extras) so fingers crossed for something...
 
Wahey I lost 2lb! Now I am 13st 12lb!

I am happy enough with that. Time to step it up tho. This week I am aiming for 4lbs.

Will design my weekly menu later on and fingers crossed I can stick to it this time! :)
 
Breakfast:
HEB- 2slices of nimble, didn't realise I could have 3.
2boiled eggs.
2syns for the butter!
 
I am not doing so good at keeping track of my food consumption.

Breakfast:
HEXB: 3slices nimble wholemeal
Butter: 3syns

Lunch: slimming world chips
Tin of beans on top
HEXA: cheese

Dinner:
Quorn Mince, champ, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, onions and gravy.
