My Weight Loss Journey

Oh gosh...not a great choice for lunch as we went to Table Table and ordered 2 starters (dough balls, onion rings, fried mushrooms, fried prawns, gijons, chips) with all these different dips. Well at least we thoroughly enjoyed it. Now back on plan for dinner and having less syns the rest of this week to make up for it :)

Sounds like you enjoyed yourself which is the main thing, you'll pull it back :)

Back on plan today after a naughty day yesterday. Have to stick to plan today because tomorrow I have a party and don't know what temptations will be about. Planning on taking my own food, so hopefully won't have too much of a problem.

Green Day:
Another busy morning, so had a late brunch
Brunch(12pm)- 2 Scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, sweetcorn and fried mushrooms, 3 WG CrackerBread (.5HEB) with Laughing Cow EL (HEA), 2 large pears
Snack: Activia FF yogurt, 2 Alpen Lights (HEB)
Dinner: Spaghetti with Quorn Mince Tomatoe Sauce, Side Salad with Ceasar Dressing (1 syn) + 1 wholemeal toast (.5 HEB)
Snack: Pineapple slices, 1 Mini Twister (2 syns)

Water: 1.5 litres
Exercise: Walking? (weather dependant)

Back home now after being at a friends place since Saturday. Stuck to plan for breakfast- lunch- but had the dinner everyone else was having which was gorgeous- Briyani, Roast Chicken, Salad, Potatoe/Keema Kebab and this other thing with Yogurt and Pakore- was lovely, but tried to limit the portions and only stuck to these starters. Didn't touch any of the other 4 curries or Chapatis. Did also have a very small piece of the big Costco Cake.
Today have been extra good and sticking to eating loads of fruit and veg throughout the day---until we got invited to another house and there just had a small portion of Chickpea curry and 1/2 a puri, so could have been worse.
First thing that I did when getting back home is jump on the scales, and it's still showing a loss for this week, so fingers crossed. Need to be really good tonight :)

Back on plan 100% tomorrow.

hello lovely! thanks for the friend's request! so when is your weigh in day? mine's on wednesday and i've been pretty good this week so fingers crossed! Have you got the SW recipy book 'Curry Heaven'? It's great!

I just know you're going to be fine hun!! Espesh as your scales have already told you so!!! I'm expecting a gain unfortunately as have had a bad week, in terms of both socialising and trauma!! My friend's Mum dropped dead suddenly at age 55, a big part of my life during my teenage years, so with one thing and another it's been a combination of 'sod it' attitude and lack of organisation!! Strictly back on plan tomorrow so all fine!! Good luck hun, can't wait to see how you've done!!!X

Sorry to hear about your friends mom and passing away so young! Don't blame you for not being able to plan and stick to plan. I'm also like this whenever I have bad news, but the important thing is to try to jump back onto plan as you will feel equally bad when you go off plan.
Glad to hear you are back on plan today though and Good Luck as well :)

WI day today and lost 3lbs. Have to say I am surprised as I had 2 naughty meals this week, but I think the main thing is getting back to plan after a slipup. Well not taking it for granted and sticking to plan for this week. I have a holiday in mid August and will be seeing my parents and sis and they haven't seen me in person for over a year. Really want them to get a nice shock when they see me, so need to stick to plan for the next few weeks. Have to say I'm really happy today especially as I've reached the 10 stone brackets and weighing less than my husband now!!!

Red Day today:
Breakfast- Scrambled egg with pepper, mushroom, sweetcorn
Snack- 1 pear, Activia FF yogurt
Lunch- Vegetable Soup and Grilled Fish
Dinner (after WI)- 6 Ryvita WG Crackerbread (HEB) with Crabsticks
Snack- 2 Alpen Lights (HEB), fresh pineapple slices
No syns today, couldn't fit them in.

Water: 1.0 litre
Exercise: Walking 15 mins

Wow Meli, just saw your messages!! Well done on yet another amazing loss!! You are truly fabulous and so consistent! Just looking back at those losses I'm flabergasted!! You've only just had your 4 stone and now you're well on your way to your 4 1/2!! I totally have sticker envy!! I gained 2lb this week, which was kind of expected what with everything that's gone on this week, but I am very positive that I'll turn it around next week, which is the main thing I think!! Great news for you hun!! Your family really are going to be gobsmacked when they see you!!XXXX

Well done Mel, you must be very happy, :)
