My Weight Loss Journey
Just finished my first week of the Tesco Ultra Slim Diet.
I am having 2 shakes a day and my evening meal.
Sticking with the Chocolate Milkshake although I add a shot of espresso to it and it tastes lovely - like a chilled Cafe Mocha.
I have tried many diets throughout the years, done well with Slimming World and Celebrity Slim but money is tight so this diet works well. Trying to walk at lunchtime weather permitting! Lost 4lbs in my first week, hope I can keep it up!
 
Monday 26th April

Second week finished - lost 2.5lbs so that's 6.5 lost in total.
It's my t.o.m. so craving sugar but will not go mad!
Hoping to have a good week!
Going to try and walk more, and drink more water.
 
Monday 3rd May

I have had a mixed week. Drank wine and ate crisps on Thursday night. Also ate some chocolate during the week, drank wine on Sunday and ate some more chocolate and crisps! I bought the Tesco hot chocolate drink and tried it yesterday, it is gross! Today has been a bit of a washout as well. But lost 1lb so going to start the shakes again tomorrow. Now also getting the train to work so that's more exercise. Till next week...............
 
Monday 10th May

Had a great week, lost 3 pounds!
Made some lovely healthy meals downloaded from Tesco and managed to squeeze some chocolate into my daily intake.
Feeling positive and hoping for another great result next week.
