Mh funny enough you allowed to eat but you couldn't be bothered. :-/
Breakfast i had homemade low carb bread with chicken mayo.
Snack some walnuts.
Lunch i had just now as i came home for my break. Just had fromage frais with some hazelnutpuree (very filling)
At half 6 back to work dunno yet what i will have for dinner. Let you know later ;-)

That's exactly how I felt on my UD but do try and reach your calories hunny as I think that really helps with the amount of weight you lose. Your lunch sounds yummy. I've never tried hazelnut purée before. Have a great dinner x

Yesterday i had for dinner 3 egg omelette with feta and a bit baby mesclun.
A snack after a sojasun nature.
After work (very busy night)i treated myself for 1 1/2glass of rose wine.
Went home at about half 3! Great ending of this messy evening....
Were about 2000kcal.

Today down day. Didn't eat anything yet just had two coffee.
I try to push it out to have my first meal.
 
Breakfast was a sojasun naturel 50kcal

Lunch: courgette cauliflower sheritaki noodle and a bit sliced chicken 174kcal

I am a nut freak! Hehe ....
I love my peanutbutter and hazelnut puree... (natural and pure no added oils or sugar nor salt!)
Also love my almonds! ;-)
 
Will have it tomorrow with kcal count etc for you! Dodo time....
Have a good night! And maybe have a nice hot bath tomorrow to relax the aching muscles ;-)

Raspberry coconut muffins make 6

3eggs room temp
30g coconutflour
40g melted butter
1/2teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar substitute (i used sugar free and kcal free vanilla syrup)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4cup water (if you use liquid sweetener you don't need this water!)
1/2cup raspberry (fresh or frozen)

Whisk eggs and add you water or sweetner.
Mix all dry ingredient except raspberry.
Mix dry and wet indegrident to the end add your rasberrys.

Line muffin tray

Bake for 15-18min by 190 degree celsius

with my sugarfree syrup its each muffin:

114kcal
10.9g fat
0.9g carbs
3.4g protein
