Yeah, it definitely is. I'm working my way through a book ATM. But I find it and to put it down then realise I'm starving but just keep thinking 'oh I'll just finish this thread first' lol. Oh well, at least it keeps me away from the chocolate haha x

Hi guys bit behind on here. Hate it when I'm in work. 6-6 should just be illegal! Haha
I'm on my break now and just accidently pressed the button for an extra white milky cofffee from the vending machine. I havent got anymore change on me so I'm just gonna drink it. Anyone any ideas on the pp value?? At a guess I would say 2 but I have no idea x

AND ...... for my WI update. I lost 4lb this week!!! Soooo sooo happy. I can't believe it. That means I have reached my 1 stone target, plus more :D So, as I've had quite a good weight loss this week, I am aiming for 1lb next week. BRING ON WEEK 6!!! :D:D:D
