Ideally I would like to get to 10st, but I've made my target 11st, which will bring me to a healthy weight and BMI. I have a bit to go yet though, so I'm just focused on my mini goals atm. x

Yer, I think it makes this "diet" so much more do-able. And all of the fantastic support on here. Think I would have just given up without it. x

It's still good,sometimes when I did my exercise bike I would do the same time but try and get more distance done,was a mini challenge to myself.
 
My kitchen scales have decided to stop working, and I'm having rice for dinner. Anyone any good ways to measure 150g of rice?? I have measuring spoons if that helps.. X
