Looks nice Hun :0) it's funny what we do miss when money is tight!
 
I know! I never thought i would see the day where I would rather buy fruit and salad over chocolate lol.
But this 'diet' has definitely changed my food mentality. I'm starting to realise now that it is a way of life and not a diet, cause a diet feels like a chore and this doesn't. I even enjoyed getting on the treadmill today lol x
 
Plus a diet comes to a stop where this is a lifetime change! I'm the same bout food though I still like some treats but I've missed salads,some meats,bagels,orange Juice,allsorts lol
 
Well, I've just weighed in and I've lost 1lb this week. I was hoping for a 2lb loss, but nevermind. It's better than a sts or a gain! So, I am happy lol x

Just done 25 mins on the treadmill and covered 2.45 miles.
So, because I've hit my treadmill Target on day 1 of week 8, I'm setting a new goal to never do less than 2 miles now :) now that I know I can do it, I don't wanna go backwards lol x

Dinner:
WW cheese & onion quiche (7pp), Mccain micro chips (4pp), Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Red onion (0pp), 2tbsp light salad cream (2pp), 2 toffee crisp biscuit bars (6pp)

3 sesame crispbread (3pp), 1 tin tuna (3pp), 2 tbsp light salad cream (2pp), Red onion, cucumber, tomato (0pp)
Total: 8pp

Snacks:
1 banana, 1 apple, 2 satsumas (0pp), 1 WW caramel cake bar (2pp), 40g milkybar (6pp)
Total: 8pp

Dinner:
2 whole eggs (4pp), 40g WW cheese (2pp), Mushrooms (0pp), Mccain micro chips (4pp), 200g pasta shapes in tomato sauce (3pp), Grapes (0pp)

I think 2 crumpets are 5pp but it might depend on the brand I'm not sure xx

Yeah, I know the warburtons ones are 5pp for 2 cause I had them the other week, but these are just asda smartprice ones, and they're only 4pp for 2 :) They're not quite as fat, but still as tasty .. and cheaper too! haha x

I know - they're a nice alternative to toast I think. Cheaper, tastier and lower in pp. What's not to love? x
