No not at all Jim, I love veggies - I just can't seem to get enough onto my plate to get a substantial amount of carbs :confused:
 
Caz, try eating some veggies at every meal, if you look you'll notice I have some at breakfast quite often.

Jim, is a cup of spring onions whole or chopped? Whole filled the cup and chopped is was less than half? Cant find details anywhere and dont want to blow it on my first day!!!!
