Nails

Has anyone elses nails grown? I dont usually have long nails but the 2 weeks I have been on this diet they have grown and are very strong.

The only time they grew before was when I was expecting-I am def loving this diet!

yes I have noticed my nails, I bit my nails before but decided to grow them as they where so strong and have eventually kicked the habit.

i'm trying to grow my nails, they arn't growing any quicker but are def a lot stronger.

My nails used to be so fragile and bendy. Now they are very stiff and hard. Thanks to LT

it must be because of all the lovely water and getting all the vitamins and nutrience. I noticed my nails were fab last time i did LT, there still pretty good so hopefully they will get even better!!

Mine are getting longer and stronger, but need to file them down abit as scratched my little boy by accident the other day as I am not used to having them.

Been able to paint them too which has been a first
