Not really sure what to title this because it's something I just chucked into a pan and is actually really nice.

I fried lean peices of bacon with fry light and then added a tin of baked beans, tinned tomatoes with chilli, a tin of chick peas and then cooked it all up in one pan. Made a extra batches and froze them.

For an alternative, I have used sliced quorn sausages. It's really filling and kept me going until evening meal time. Really nice mixed with rice or a jacket potato :flirt2:

Grappling with life
My mum used to make something similar with corned beef and I am sure oxtail soup - she used to call it cowboy hash!

Sounds good though, I like chuck it all in one pot recipes!
