Nando’s butterfly chicken

Every time I go to Nando’s I get the butterfly chicken and remove the skin. Does this mean it’s free or should I still count 3 syns?

I’ve always counted it as 3 syns with skin on so I’d probably count it as 3 without, hope that helps
