We've just been to Nando's and feel very virtuous as had a chicken breast (skin removed) with a mixed salad and no dressing just balsamic vinegar.

Do you think this is free?

I've looked at syns online and can't seem to find it, had plain chicken but guessing they marinated it in something, how many syns would you say in case of marinade? X
