Im meeting a friend for lunch at nandos today, I was planning to have chicken breast with the ratatouille does anyone know if it's allowed? Cant think of any other options except salad with no dressing!

Also, last time I went to nandos I had a fat free low cal frozen yogurt, it had about thr same amount of carbs as the 0% yoghurt we have. does anyone know if it's dukan friendly? It was lovely so I'm thinkin it probably had loads of sugar?
