D. Chicken thighs. Cabbage, cauliflower, stuffing gravy 4 syns. 250g potatoes Heb plus 2 syns

No loss this week. One reason is cake. Friday 27th September. Day 34. Red day.

Today I went to a Macmillan coffee morning and had a fairy cake with iced topping.
😱 Oh my god how can I count that.

Anyway lunch is scan bran heb. 2 bananas. Pineapple. Cottage cheese 1.1/2
Dinner. Liver, bacon onion and gravy. Need to measure for syns. 3 tspns 3 syns. Spuds heb
One fairy cake 8 syns.
