I saw my diabetic nurse today. I showed her my meter for my blood for the week and she was really pleased.
That have been better this week, I reckon, than ever before, as far as I can remember.
She has changed some of my medication.
That's great news Doreen isn't it.. Well done!!

My weight does not seem to be shifting. Not looking forward to weigh day tomorrow.

I was right, I stayed the same. Done are saying I don't eat enough.

Staying the same is good and that is to be expected some weeks...thereโ€™s no point in eating more if you are not hungry.
Keep doing what your doing and I would expect you will see a loss next week.

I know you are right Mini. Sometimes it is hard to swallow.
It is like now, I am not the least bit hungry but feel I should have breakfast.

I do red and green because I want to . When I did it years ago I found I lost weight quicker. You are a little more restricted. That is good for me.
I found a site for Slimming World Red and Green plan. It is quite helpful. Of course I don't tell SW what I am doing.
I have still got my old book which is a help. Even so they have pretty much all you need on the site. You can download lists.
Of course it is not SW doing it, just some folk who prefer it. Xx

There is a pudding that says freeze a miller lite then put in a glass of cream soda like a coke float.

I got a pot of fat free yogurt and have put some in the freezer in two containers (rest going in jelly). . it is going to be hard to wait.

I don't have cream soda, but do have orange, so put a little orange flavouring in one.

The other will go in a bottle of fizzy ginger bear.

I will post back and say how they turned out x
