Saturday 4th May

Breakfast
Bacon, eggs, mushrooms. Tomatoes
Coffee HEA

Lunch
Scan bran HEB, 3 small bananas. 0% Greek yogurt and one options 2syns (in the yogurt)

Dinner
Minced beef curry, with speed in it, couple spuds in it. Curry paste 4syns

Evening. Grapes and options 2syns

8syns but feel I have overeaten. Out for more speed tomorrow.

Cannot find out how much bread pudding is so I put 15 on food for yesterday.
Pro ably more but I will try and not have too many in the week.

2 pork loin chops. Pickled onions, roasted carrot, onion, swede and potatoes.

EVENING
3 bacon rashers and tomatoes on scan bran HEB.
Satsumas coffee.

Lunch
Scan bran Heb. 3 extra lite triangles part Hea 2.
3 corned beef slices. 3.1/2 syns for 5 slices.
Baby beets

Dinner
2 chicken thighs skinless. Roasted skinny cut BNS, swede, carrot and turnip
Frozen cherries and 0% Greek yogurt.

I expect I will eat the other 2 slices corned beef later and triangles. Will try not to though

I did but at least they were counted. Unfortunately I started the other pack.
Knew I should not have bought two.
Anyway I will have the ready of the pack tomorrow so will count the whole pack.
It makes sense to me 😊

I didn't cook any swede etc but did do a lot of cherry toms with the chops.

Well fell off the wagon one and a half gain oh dear, trying to be good this week, only 2 weeks to my hols xx

We have just had a hail storm and it's so cold I've had to put the heating on. I usually turn it off end of March and it doesn't go back on until end of October. Only a couple of day so far that I haven't had it on for an hour.:(

Weigh in day tomorrow. Scales don't look good

Then I had a tin of beans and 2 eggs. Far too lare

Put on half pound. I didn't have breakfast most of last week. Will this week and see if it makes a difference

2 chicken thighs no skin
Roasted BNS, carrots, swede, courgette.
Few SW chips.

Later 4 satsumas and 2 pears.

In class we talked about my 1/2lb gain.
I often just have coffee breakfast time and sometimes nothing but coffee before 4pm.
I am gonna try to have 3 meals a day and fruit in the evening.
I am putting the times on just to see what gaps I have in between meals.
Obviously this is to try and understand why I gained. Hopefully ☺.

Mind you I haven't looked over last week's food.

For myself I am going to count how much fruit I eat.

Lunch 1pm
Scan bran Heb 2 bananas

Dinner
3 very small pork chops.
Around 200g SW chips.
Roasted BNS. Swede. Courgette, tomatoes.

Making a sugar free jelly 1.1/2syns. Satsumas in jelly, 0% Greek yogurt.

So far 6.1/2 syns

Good grief. I have eaten 14 small pears in two days. Speed I know but!!!!

4pm. 2 potato waffles 5syns. 3eggs scrambled with mushrooms and tomatoes.bit late really

Dinner
? 5% minced beef, onions, swede and carrot. Boiled rice
Making into a curry with Patak's paste from freezer. Will have to recheck syns. 2 per tablespoon. So mine is 3syns.
