Did a lot of gardening yesterday, I do ache this morning. Had a can cider and a couple of ciggies admiring what I have done so far.
may do a little bit later today then no more as am at my Son's at the weekend.

I have not dinner the biscuits or all the other stuff I have eaten over the weekend.
The show was brilliant. Faye played Bet the part her Aunt played in the original film. It was bri!!isn't.

Anyway, back on it today. Well last night really. From this morning for 4 days I am going to do SP.

I have had my bracelet on all day. Steps 3222. No specific walking so let's see if any better tomorrow.

I am pleased to have lost 1lb today. Bad weekend but made it up.

Lunch
Scan bran with half pack corned beef 2 syns
Jelly 1.1/2 syns. With satsumas and far free cottage. Rest of jelly later

Dinner
Chicken thighs with spices.
Roasted BNS and carrots plus a small potato
Jelly, satsumas and cottage cheese
