hexa 1 - 350ml skimmed milk
hexa 2 - 40g low fat cheese.

B: 2 tesco sausages (2) 2 eggs, mushrooms & tomato. 3 slices toast.

L: Salad - ham, lettuce, tomato, boiled eggs, beetroot & salad cream (1)
couple of bananas.

D: 2 chicken thighs with piri piri spice. 230g roast potato, cabbage.
frozen berries & yogurt,

Supper - ham sarni with salad cream.

Monday 17th March - EE I think

Tuesday 18th March.

L: crab sticks with a little mayo (1/2). 2 bananas & yogurt

S: small taste of a large cookie while at gymnastics with the children (just a taste) (2)

D: Ate the plain pasta Flynn did not eat. Then son & DIL came home and had pizza. I did not feel like cooking at that point but was getting hungry so had 1.1/2 rounds of sandwiches
Ham. 3 bread (7.5) little pickle salad cream. (2)
fruit & Yogurt.

I always preferred Tesco cumberland sausages, surprising what 1/2 syn will do.

L: Changed it. Had berries & mullerlight. Chicken sarni (5)

D: chicken thighs, cabbage & sw chips. Banana & Mullerlight

Thursday 20th March Trying for a red day

D: beef casserole with carrots, mush & onion in it

Am so pleased today as I lost 5lb. Still a way to catch up where I was, but this is a start.

Friday 21st March

Hexa milk

Breakfast & lunch together

2 eggs, loads mushrooms. 3 BGTY sausages (1.5) 4 slices toast (5)
2 bananas

Dinner spag bol with all there usually is and 80g cheese

Banana, nat yog & a coffee.

I only have had so many sausages this week, needed to use them up as no room in DIL`s freezer. The cheese was a guesstimate, but it was quite a lot. Will check when I get home, it was a new packet.

3 bananas & nat yog. 6 mullerlight - bit silly really.

mid morning 3 sugar cubes as sugars 3.7mmol (1.1/2)

L: Lettuce, boiled egg, potato small, toms, baby beet, red onion salad cream (1)

D: Lasagne with mince, bns, carrot, corgette, peppers and onion.
Tin toms and mixed herbs little garlic.
Yogurt & egg for sauce & h/e cheese.

It went a bit wrong after I did that. 4 slices of bread 10syns, salad cream 3 syns, beileys coffee 3 syns.

Went to bed 1am, got up around 7am back to bed then up at 1.45pm.
So far today have had coffee & bns/sweet potato/carrot soup. Big portion.
Dinner is going to be sausages chips & beans followed by fruit and hopefully can sleep tonight.
Did some gardening today, lot of bending up and down for about half hour and then cut the grass. Scales not looking too good though.
How are you doing?
