Natural remedies for PCOS. Burdock root?

Has anyone else tried taking burdock root for the symptoms of PCOS? And if so, have you had any luck? Or anyone else have any natural remedies for PCOS? Xx

I was diagnosed over 15 yrs ago and have tried loads of things, burdock root was in one of them that was a diuretic, although I am led to believe burdock root is supposed to help improve digestion. I never had any success with anything until I started exercising and cut carbs and junk food.

I wouldn't waste my money these days,
