naughty but nice

I sit down with my chicken soup and eat it with a teaspoon, by the time im finished im full and feel like i have eaten a "real" meal its the only thing that gets me through, now for the naughty bit...... my soup has white pepper in it!
anyone else put stuff in the soup...
i'm sure its this that allows me to not eat food as i feel like im having some and doesnt impact my losses.. it makes it edible and tasty

Last time I did LT I put spices in. From what my pharmacy said you're allowed to put extra herbs/spices in the soup without having any effect on your losses. I'm pretty confident pepper is absolutely fine so no need to worry!

100%ers will tell you your not allowed to add anything to the soup cause this is what lipotrim says but when I tried the soup I added a bit of garlic and white pepper to mine and others add things like chilli flakes if it makes it more edible I say go for it!!:) how much water do you use to make your soup wheni tried it I used the recommended amount and couldn't stomach it after a few days:p

i mix it with about 50ml of cold water in the blender i then pour it into a bowl and add about 250 of hot water from the kettle.. the thinner the better and the extra spice of the pepper makes it really nice.... 100%ers may not add anything but its working for me. i dont plan on being 100% with lt and then putting all the weight back on in a few months... however i do intend to just have my lt products no food or breaks.. im using tfr to lose the weight once and for all and taking the time to think and educate myself so i can show this amount of control with normal food! i dont think a little pepper or spices counts as not being 100% but if it does then so be it... im losing weight and loving it...

iv always added pepper to the soups.people will tell you no but the lady who weighs me said its fine.as u can see from my losses it hasnt made me put on or lose it slowley.i LOVE the soups i ordered a entire weeks supply yesturday haha
