Week 1 weigh in went well lost 10 pounds, that good start i dont expect to lose that every week. Between 2 to 5 pound each week will do me i be happy with that.
Fresh start for me had really bad weekend so i decided i ve gotta start going to a meeting went last night and weighed in 19st 6lbs. Was only bloke there but found it really good and learnt bit more about propoints.
well done for going to class its worth going and youll find it really helpful.. and if not, you'll enjoy the attention you get for being the only male! haha x
