I had a bad day today.

after days & days or being ok around food I suddenly had a huge chocolate craving while in the boots food area.

Luckily I managed to control myself enough to only buy an atkins choc bar so didn't kick me out of ketosis, but even so I feel like I've messed up big time

We all have these urges time to time, the idea is to control yourself. Easier said than done, I know. :DI am getting a lot better at avoiding these temptations. I love fruit pastiles, I was at Sainsburys counter and really wanted to buy one then thought about all the hard work I have put in this diet. I managed to walking away without buying but had to work hard to control the urge:D
